Competitive fee packages have been negotiated to include both your sale and purchase.We have also negotiated a package with Moving Made Easy, who not only include legal fees on sale and purchase, but also removal costs, cleaning of both properties and the Home Information Pack.
Full Details of our Legal Packages will be provided when we carry out a valuation on your property. A referral fee may be made by some solicitors. You will be advised about the fee and if it is payable prior to instruction.
