Linda Leary Estate Agents opened its first office in East Boldon in September 2002 with a second office in Harton Village, South Shields in early 2008. Growing from one member of staff in 2002 to a larger team of experienced staff. Having built a reputation for superb service to both sellers and buyers the aim is to constantly seek to improve. To ensure this ever improving service, feedback is sought from clients and from this feedback we can learn how to improve and add to our service.
Staff Training is carried out both In House and externally though our membership of the National Association of Estate Agents. Staff are also aware of the ever changing property market and take a keen interest in market trends.
